Boise Greets Summer

Did anyone doubt that Boise would come soaring back into summer mode? All the signs are here: the beautiful weather, the flowers and greenery and now, the return of signature Boise summertime events. Consider the Idaho Shakespeare Festival, which has announced the full schedule of its productions this summer, with old and new favorites on the docket. It all starts in July, so now is the time to reserve some tickets. Go to www.idahoshakespeare.org To see just what’s showing and when. And for the pre-show gathering, may we suggest a bottle of Idaho wine, purchased in Idaho Wine and Cider Month? Now is the time to map out the perfect itinerary or join the celebrations taking place across the state. You can follow the direction set out by the Idaho Wine Commission’s Savor Idaho to Go Passport, where passport holders go hunting for “stamps” for their passports as they tour various wineries.
