Can Boise venues still accommodate my group size, given current circumstances?

Many of our venues have prepared floorplan diagrams with current and projected capacities based on physical distancing requirements. Please contact the Boise Convention and Visitors Bureau sales and services team for specific information.

What resources are available that will help overcome reluctance to attend a face-to-face event?

Our convention center, hotels, and unique meeting venues, have implemented cleaning and sanitization protocols to ensure the safety of all guests. Boise Centre’s Clean and Safe plan is available here. 

Our sales team would be happy to partner with you on the following:

Do your hotels and/or convention center have the ability to livestream or record presentations if I want to host a hybrid event?

Yes – Boise Centre’s robust network infrastructure and in-house equipment and services offer solutions for your virtual and hybrid events. Boise Centre’s team of audio visual and IT experts are prepared to assist you with a wide range of video conference and streaming services. More information on their services can be found here.

Do you have studio space for virtual events?

Yes, Boise Centre has added a fully customizable event studio complete with staging, backdrops, lighting, and cameras. Keynote speakers and workshops may be streamed to multiple rooms onsite and across the country. Boise Centre offers a variety of video conferencing and streaming solutions for virtual and hybrid events.

Is your convention center a GBAC STAR facility?

Yes, Boise Centre has successfully achieved the GBAC STAR™ facility accreditation from the Global Biorisk Advisory Council. Learn more here.

Do you have other hotels/venues that have received a GBAC STAR accreditation?

Yes, the Hyatt Place Downtown recently achieved this accreditation.

Are there any incentives for booking 2021 business in Boise right now?

What socially distanced activities are available for attendees to do in their free time?

From enjoying a day on the Boise River to biking the Foothills to walking the Greenbelt to exploring downtown, Boise is full of safe activities that provide social distancing, wide open spaces and fresh air.
